Robert Lambeth

Executive Director

A passionate supporter of the arts, Robert Lambeth holds a Bachelor of Music from the Conservatory of Music at the University of the Pacific, California, and a Master of Music from the University of Colorado, Boulder. He has over 25 years of experience working with non-profit arts organizations and corporate finance in the United States and United Kingdom, most recently as the Executive Director of the Hawaii International Film Festival (HIFF). Prior to HIFF, Robert was a Local Director for Lloyds Banking Group in London and a District Manager for U.S. Bank in Portland, OR, and Vancouver, WA. After such a grand adventure, Robert is thrilled to be back in Oregon with his family, which includes his partner River, his English Whippet Pippin, and his mother, Laura.

 

Gordon Price

Academic Director

Gordon serves as the Academic Director for the Cascade School of Music, joining the team in July 2023. Most recently, he served as the Executive Director for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion with the High Desert ESD. Gordon brings over 20 years of educational administrative experience to CSM, with most of those years serving in a variety of student support roles at Central Oregon Community College. Gordon earned his Bachelor of Arts, Interdisciplinary Studies from Western Oregon University. Growing up in the Washington D.C. area, music filled his household and provided a life-long appreciation of all music. He has been involved in the Central Oregon music community singing and playing percussion in two different bands and supporting his children as they explored their musical world here in Central Oregon. He is thrilled to be able to combine his professional expertise with his passion for music in support of CSM students, families, staff and faculty.

Brady Sossaman

Administrative and Admissions Assistant

Brady is a passionate musician, songwriter, and producer hailing from California. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music and in his previous job, taught guitar, piano, and ukulele students for two years. From a very young age, Brady fell in love with music and has since been writing, recording, producing, and performing for almost ten years now. Before college, he was largely self taught in drums, guitar, piano, and voice, but was trained in classical guitar as an undergrad. He is now here in Bend with his wife, Alexa, as she pursues her doctorate in physical therapy.
