Robert Lambeth

Executive Director

A passionate supporter of the arts, Robert Lambeth holds a Bachelor of Music from the Conservatory of Music at the University of the Pacific, California, and a Master of Music from the University of Colorado, Boulder. He has over 25 years of experience working with non-profit arts organizations and corporate finance in the United States and United Kingdom, most recently as the Executive Director of the Hawaii International Film Festival (HIFF). Prior to HIFF, Robert was a Local Director for Lloyds Banking Group in London and a District Manager for U.S. Bank in Portland, OR, and Vancouver, WA. After such a grand adventure, Robert is thrilled to be back in Oregon with his family, which includes his partner River, his English Whippet Pippin, and his mother, Laura.

 

Gordon Price

Academic Director

Gordon serves as the Academic Director for the Cascade School of Music, joining the team in July 2023. Most recently, he served as the Executive Director for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion with the High Desert ESD. Gordon brings over 20 years of educational administrative experience to CSM, with most of those years serving in a variety of student support roles at Central Oregon Community College. Gordon earned his Bachelor of Arts, Interdisciplinary Studies from Western Oregon University. Growing up in the Washington D.C. area, music filled his household and provided a life-long appreciation of all music. He has been involved in the Central Oregon music community singing and playing percussion in two different bands and supporting his children as they explored their musical world here in Central Oregon. He is thrilled to be able to combine his professional expertise with his passion for music in support of CSM students, families, staff and faculty.


Jimena Shepherd

Administrative Assistant

In addition to her role as administrative assistant, Jimena Shepherd is on faculty at CSM as a voice teacher. Jimena’s 14 years of vocal training has made her no stranger to the highs and lows of becoming a skilled vocalist, and she has a passion for helping each student achieve their goals as a singer and artist.

Brendan Svendsen

Administrative Assistant

Brendan Svendsen was born and raised here in Bend Oregon, and is a former student of the Cascade School of Music. Brendan discovered his love of music at the age of 12, when he started taking guitar lessons with Matthew Gwinup. With aspirations of being a professional musician, Brendan has continued to play guitar ever since he started, and in addition has taught himself bass guitar and drums. Outside of the office Brendan enjoys practicing his instruments, hiking around Central Oregon, spending time with his partner Jade, and writing music under the pseudonym “Hierogram.”
